Miguel Indekeu is a search fund investor at Innesto Partners.

Prior to joining Innesto Partners, Miguel spent over 10 years in investment banking and investing, focusing on technology and software. Most recently, he was a Vice President at Arma Partners, where he advised founders, management teams and financial sponsors on a range of transactions, including both sell-side and buy-side processes as well as growth investments. During his time at Arma, Miguel played a key role in the execution of multiple software and technology transactions with an aggregate value in excess of $2 billion, spanning vertical SaaS, data and analytics, infrastructure software and digital services.

Prior to Arma, Miguel worked at Jefferies in the Equity Capital Markets team, where he advised on a number of primary equity offerings and IPOs with an aggregate value close to $1 billion across European and international markets. He also held roles at Silverpeak, GP Bullhound and SmartFin Capital, where he gained experience across M&A, capital raising and growth equity investing.

In parallel, Miguel has been active in early-stage investing, having created and managed investment vehicles backing seed-stage companies. Through this, he has supported founders on strategy, growth and fundraising.

Miguel holds a Bachelor of Science in International Economics, Management and Finance from Bocconi University.

Miguel is fluent in English and French, and conversational in Spanish and Dutch.
